Order Tracking:
Standard shipping is provided, and tracking is available once delivery has been attempted.

Order Confirmation:

Processing Time:
All orders require a 2-day processing time.

Shipping within the UK:
Expect a 3-4 day shipping period for UK addresses. Please note that delivery may experience further delays during holiday seasons such as Christmas or due to Royal Mail strikes.

International Shipping:
For the rest of the world, including North and South America, Asia, and other regions, shipping can take 10-35 days. Similar to UK addresses, delivery may experience further delays during busy holiday seasons or due to postal strikes.

Import Taxes and Duties:
Duties and import taxes will be calculated and added at checkout. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any additional import or tax charges.

Correct Shipping Address:
Please ensure that you provide the correct and complete shipping address. Orders will not be refunded or resent if they fail to arrive due to an incomplete or inaccurate shipping address, such as missing a house number.

Proof of Delivery:
If photo proof of delivery is provided, we are not liable to send replacements or provide refunds.
